How to Order

To order online, simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Then you can click on the "Shopping List" and proceed to checkout from there.

If you do not wish to order online, you may also order by telephone or by mail.

You can call in your order Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST. Please have the quantity of each item and the eight-digit item number ready, along with your credit card account number, expiration date and security code (the 3- or 4-digit number usually found on the back of the card in the signature strip).

By Mail

To order our products by mail, simply write down the quantity and the eight-digit item number for each product, along with the title and the price. Include the proper shipping & handling charges (see "Shipping Information" below), and local sales tax if you live in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Be sure to write as neatly as possible so that we can fill your order correctly.

United States Post Office Economy Mail

(4th Class International Surface Mail)
Orders take between three and four months to arrive. Shipping time is somewhat shorter to larger cities, particularly in the UK. (Surface orders shipping to Canada and Mexico take approximately one month.)

United States Post Office Airmail

International Airmail takes three to four weeks.
(Airmail orders shipping to Canada and Mexico take approximately ten days.)

FedEx International Priority

Orders take three to four business days to arrive.
