I just signed up, why can't I complete my order?
After the creation of your account (or after any changes in address, credit card information, et cetera) you need to close completely out of Musicdispatch.com, and then log back in using your password (your new password if you have just changed it). This ensures that your password is functional, and that the system is using the most up-to-date information that is available.
My order did not complete, why did you charge my credit card?
What happened is that when you attempted to use your credit card to place an order, the lending institution that issued your card placed a hold on the funds involved. If your order did not complete, then we will make no claim for these held funds. Most banks release these held amounts after 5 business days.
Where do I put in my Ad Code to get my discount?
When you are placing your order, you have the option of entering your code on the 'VERIFY YOUR ORDER' screen. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Remember to disable any pop-up blocker that you have on your system.
Do I have to pay shipping charges twice if an item is on back order?
No. We do not add shipping costs to back order shipments if a shipping cost was charged for any previously-shipped item.
How long until I receive my order?
The time between shipment and delivery depends upon the delivery location and the method of shipment chosen. Domestic U.S. orders generally take between two and six business days to deliver. Rush orders (Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) placed before 11:00 am CST ship the same day. Orders received after that time ship the next business day. We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day. Canadian and Mexican ground shipment orders deliver in four weeks, air mail in one to two weeks, and Fed Ex Priority in three or four days. International airmail to other countries delivers in approximately four weeks. Fed Ex International Priority normally delivers in four or five business days.
How can I add an item after I have submitted my order?
We are unable to add, delete or change items on orders that have been submitted online. If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted so that you can make these changes, please send an e-mailed request to us with your e-mail address and order confirmation number at firstname.lastname@example.org before 11:00 am CST. If we are able to cancel your order, we will confirm it to you by reply e-mail.
